Jenn the manager at this location is FANTASTIC. We placed a large lunch order the other day and the food was fresh and the order was accurate. Everyone was so pleased! Jenn has great customer service skills and I believe she is a valuable member of your team. We will definitely be ordering again!
I'm here to write this review not about food what about people that like to run other people over inside their Chevy suburban with their brights on trying to like totally distract people so that they can run people over this kind of behavior it needs to stop and people need to be informed about people like this I like to go around rather he's drunk or whatever is problem is shining is lighting people's faces when they're trying to wait for him to get down the goddamn road so they can get to the other side of the road so they can get to the line scooter without first getting run over because they got blinded by this guy's headlights. I ordered something to drink I ordered a mixed drink non-alcoholic I'm not sure if they understood that I just wanted one drink that was mixed and not alcoholic.
Talk about delicious. Immediately greeted by a friendly staff and the smell of incredible food. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and have to admit it was genuinely the best spicy chicken sandwich I have ever had. It actually had real spice unlike other spicy chicken sandwiches. The french fries covered in cheese were phenomenal. The only negative part to my experience is having to leave Denver Colorado and not have a location in Jacksonville Florida. If you see one of these restaurants you absolutely must stop in and try their food.
I love Shake Shack and this location has the most amazing staff! They are so friendly and helpful and the food is always hot and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant! One of the best burgers in Denver, without a doubt.
Easy to find! Customer service was great! Different options to choose from, i decided to try the "Hot Ones Chicken" which was a Crispy, white-meat chicken topped with our Hot OnesTM Spicy ShackSauce, crispy applewood smoked bacon and Monterey Jack cheese on a toasted potato bun. It was a 10/10. Highly recommend for you to try. I had a glass of Rose wine on the side. Perfect match. Definitely a returning customer.
Best burger ever!!! Gluten free bun doesn't get soggy like at other places! Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was clean. Parking can be a little difficult due to area but it's worth it!
I had a fantastic time with this Shake Shack. My meal was so satisfying and delicious. I ordered one of their holiday-themed shakes and I loved it! Also, the introduction of their new Hot One's flavored sandwiches was such a great idea. Will definitely be returning to the RiNo location soon
Absolutely love the food here. Still have a few items to try but this is definitely one of my favorite spots. The burgers and especially the shakes are crazy good.
